Payment Method
Duda.co supports various payment methods. The platform uses a single subscription model, meaning all subscriptions and account billings are charged on a single day each month. On this Billing Day, there can be up to two charges from Duda: one for all monthly subscriptions, and one for annual subscriptions that are new or renewed.
For online payments, Duda.co supports two main options: accepting credit/debit cards and PayPal. To provide the credit card payment option, a payment gateway is chosen through which funds will be processed.
The platform supports a range of payment gateways that are already connected. These include Square, Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net SIM, First Data Global Gateway e4, 2Checkout, Adyen, Afterpay, and others. Duda Return Policy?
The return policy on duda.co is as follows:
For native store orders, refunds can be easily issued for entire orders or individual items. When a refund is processed in the store, it also processes a refund in the payment gateway used to make the purchase. This feature is only available with Stripe and Paypal payment gateways.
To refund an order, follow these steps:
- In the side panel, click Sell Online.
- Click Store Management, then click Manage orders.
- Click the desired order.
- Click Refund Order.
- Click into QTY for each item to refund and select the item quantity to be refunded.
- (Optional) Enable the Refund shipping toggle if you want to refund shipping as well.
- (Optional) Type a message in the Reason for refund field.
- Click Refund. It will also note the amount that will be refunded.
- Click Confirm.
After confirming the refund, it is automatically refunded in your payment account. Once the order refund is processed, the following is added in the order details and on the Orders screen:
- Order details
- Refunded or Partially refunded label
- Refunded items for partial refunds
- Refund Details
- Refund Reason (if a reason was entered)
- Orders screen
- In the Payment column, the Paid status updates to Refunded or Partially Refunded.
